As part of CQU’s amalgamation of campuses, works were required to the Gladstone campus including refurbishment of existing buildings, construction of new buildings, construction of new carparks and re-alignment of roads.
MBM delivered full quantity surveying services for the project, including the refurbishment of Administration building, new building for Hair & Beauty training, a new building for Engineering Trades Training Centre, an extension to the existing carpark, new carpark and alterations to existing roads.
